Refunds & Returns Information

We try to make our returns process as simple as possible.   In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please firstly get in touch using the contact us button, or by emailing within 30 days.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do everything in our power to rectify any issues. 


If something goes wrong

We know that sometimes mistakes happen - but don't worry, we've got you covered!  In the event you are unhappy with your service, or feel we have let you down at all, please let us know within 30 days using the contact form and we will do everything we can to put it right.  

If a book is damaged in transit or it doesn't match our book condition description we may ask you for a photo of the item so we can understand where we went wrong. 

We will refund any cost of returning items where we have made a mistake.


If you change your mind

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase/s, but if for any reason you change your mind, just let us know within within 30 days and we can arrange your return and refund.

Please understand we are a small business, and as such if you are looking to return an item because you have changed your mind you will need to pay any costs incurred to return the item/s.


If you want to cancel an order

Please let us know as soon as possible using the contact form or by emailing if you need to cancel an order.  Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
